Develop a Simple "To-Do List" Android App Prototype

We need a basic to-do list Android app built as a prototype for a larger project.

**Core Features Required:**

- Add a new task.

- Mark a task as completed.

- Edit existing tasks.

- Delete tasks.

- Simple, clean user interface.

**Technical Stack:**

- Java or Kotlin is acceptable.

- Local storage only (no backend needed).

**Deliverables:**

- The full Android project source code.

- A working APK file for testing.
