Key Responsibilities

• Edit and enhance photographs using Adobe Photoshop and other image editing software to achieve high-quality visual effects.
• Collaborate with the design team to understand project briefs, objectives, and timelines, ensuring that all edits meet the required standards and deadlines.
• Manipulate images to correct flaws, remove blemishes, and perform other retouching tasks as necessary.
• Apply color correction and grading techniques to ensure consistency across images and align with brand guidelines.
• Work with the art director to conceptualize and develop visual ideas, ensuring that all edits support the creative vision and strategy.
• Manage and organize image files, ensuring that all edits are properly labeled, saved, and archived for future reference.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and techniques in photo editing, applying this knowledge to continuously improve skills and workflows.
• Provide input and feedback to the design team on image selection, composition, and overall visual direction.
• Crop, resize, and optimize images for various mediums, including print, digital, and web use.
• Ensure that all final images are of the highest quality, meeting the expectations of both the client and our internal standards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to enhance the visual impact of campaigns and projects.
• Maintain open communication with the team, reporting any challenges, delays, or concerns that may impact project timelines or quality.
• Adhere to project schedules, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, with a strong understanding of its tools, features, and capabilities.
• At least 2 years of experience in a photo editing role, preferably in a design studio, advertising agency, or publishing environment.
• Excellent technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and find creative solutions to editing challenges.
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for color, composition, and overall visual aesthetics.
