Creative Photo Retouching Artist

Key Responsibilities

• Retouch and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop and other industry-standard software to achieve high-quality, visually stunning results.
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, and project managers to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and deliver exceptional results.
• Work on a wide range of image editing tasks, including color correction, noise reduction, and object removal, to ensure all images meet our high standards.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' brands, target audiences, and visual styles to ensure all edited images align with their goals and objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all edited images are free from errors, and meet our quality control standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and industry developments in photo retouching, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and insights to help develop innovative visual solutions for our clients.
• Collaborate with other designers and creatives to develop cohesive visual campaigns that drive real results for our clients.
• Assist in the development of style guides, ensuring consistency in visual branding across all marketing channels.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to junior team members, helping to develop their skills and expertise in photo retouching.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our workflow, processes, and quality control procedures, identifying areas for efficiency gains and implementing effective solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in photo retouching, with a strong portfolio showcasing your technical skills and creative abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with a thorough understanding of industry-standard software and techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for color, texture, and composition.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, art directors, and project managers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of visual branding, with the ability to adapt to different styles and aesthetic requirements.
• Familiarity with other design software, such as Illustrator and InDesign, is desirable but not essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
