As a Photo Editor at Lumina Creative Studio, you will be working on a variety of projects, including but not limited to, editing and retouching product images, enhancing portraits, and creating visually stunning composites. Key Responsibilities

• Edit and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design software
• Enhance and perfect visual elements of projects, ensuring they meet the desired aesthetic and mood
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, and photographers to bring concepts to life
• Work on a wide range of projects, including commercial photography, editorial, and fine art
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the required standard
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of graphic design principles, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software, and technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve workflows and techniques
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, providing clear and concise feedback and guidance
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring all projects are well-documented and easily accessible
• Contribute to the development of new ideas and concepts, participating in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions
• Assist in the training and development of junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance their skills
• Participate in quality control checks, ensuring all projects meet the required standard and are error-free
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure visual elements align with overall brand strategy and messaging

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design software, including Illustrator and InDesign
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Excellent technical skills, with the ability to edit and retouch images to a high standard
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the required standard
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of industry trends, software, and technologies, with the ability to apply this knowledge to continuously improve workflows and techniques
• Certification in graphic design or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Portfolio that demonstrates expertise in photo editing and retouching, with a strong emphasis on creative storytelling and visual aesthetics
