Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality logos that meet clients' needs and expectations
• Develop concepts, sketches, and final designs for logo projects
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to ensure seamless delivery of projects
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
• Create style guides and branding materials for clients
• Participate in design meetings and contribute to the development of design concepts
• Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
• Provide design solutions that are creative, effective, and meet clients' needs
• Maintain a high level of quality control and attention to detail
• Stay organized, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Participate in team-building activities and contribute to the development of a positive team culture

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in logo design or a related field
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong portfolio of logo design work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to take direction and feedback from clients and team members
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of branding and visual identity principles
