Key Responsibilities

  • Complete and submit forms and documents in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Review and verify documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to provide updates on the status of documents
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures
  • Participate in quality control audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to the management team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of documents and client interactions
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Customer-focused and results-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Certification in data entry or customer service an asset
