Need a strong Flutter dev to own the entire mobile codebase, ship new features bi-weekly, fix bugs, optimize performance, and handle store submissions. Perfect if Flutter/Dart is your main stack, you care about beautiful pixel-perfect UI + buttery-smooth performance, and want real product ownership with startup-level pay.
Responsibilities
Build new screens & features (Provider/Riverpod, animations, custom widgets)
Integrate backend APIs (our Node.js/Supabase + Stripe, OpenAI)
Fix bugs & crashes (Firebase Crashlytics + Sentry)
Optimize performance (60fps, lazy loading, isolates)
Implement push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging)
Handle App Store + Google Play releases (Fastlane + Codemagic)
Add offline-first support (Hive/Isar + sync)
Platform-specific tweaks (iOS Human Interface + Material Design)
Write widget/integration tests
Required Skills
Expert Flutter + Dart (state management, custom painters, animations)
Firebase + Supabase experience
REST + WebSockets
Clean architecture (layers, repositories, BLoC or Riverpod)
Git + CI/CD basics
Nice to Have
Riverpod 2.0+ or Bloc mastery
Located in Philippines, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, or Eastern Europe
Experience with productivity/habit apps
