AI Integration Specialist (OpenAI + Make/Zapier + Custom API) for Coaching & Course Businesses

We build everything with OpenAI/Groq/Anthropic APIs + Make.com/Zapier/n8n + Google Sheets/Airtable/Notion + GoHighLevel/Kajabi/Teachable. Need a true AI automation wizard who can design, build, test, and maintain complex AI workflows that save clients dozens of hours per week. Responsibilities

Design & build multi-step AI automations (prompt chaining, JSON mode, function calling)

Connect OpenAI/Groq/Claude APIs to CRMs, email, Slack, etc.

Create AI customer support bots (classify intent → answer → escalate)

Build content repurposing machines (YouTube → blog → tweets → newsletter)

Set up personalized coaching tools (analyze client homework, give feedback)

Lead scoring & qualification from forms/DMs

Voice AI integrations (Vapi, Retell, ElevenLabs)

Fine-tune prompts until accuracy is 95%+

Monitor costs & optimize token usage

Document workflows so clients can understand them

Required Skills

Expert prompt engineering + OpenAI API (gpt-4o, assistants, function calling)

Make.com or Zapier mastery (webhooks, iterators, routers, error handling)

JSON handling + basic Python/JS for custom code steps

Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector DBs (Pinecone, Supabase vecs)

Fluent English (client calls sometimes required)

Nice to Have

Located in Philippines, Pakistan, India, LATAM, or Eastern Europe

Experience with Groq, Anthropic Claude, Gemini

Vapi.ai or Retell.ai voice agents

n8n or custom Node.js backends

Worked with coaches/course creators before

Fine-tuning or LoRA experience

Typical Weekly/Monthly Tasks

25–38 hours per week

New client builds: 15–25 hrs

Maintenance & optimizations: 8–12 hrs

Working Schedule

Flexible — need ~4–5 hrs overlap with US Eastern or Pacific for occasional client calls.

Payment Structure

Standard Tier – $2,000/month (25 hrs/week, standard automations)

Senior Tier – $2,900/month (32 hrs/week, includes voice AI + RAG)

Lead Tier – $3,800/month (38 hrs/week, full client ownership + custom code)

Paid bi-weekly via Wise or PayPal.
