Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research to gather relevant data and insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior
• Analyze and synthesize data from various online sources, including social media, news articles, and industry reports
• Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our software solutions
• Utilize online tools and software to gather and analyze data, including Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior
• Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings and insights to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and emerging trends, and apply this knowledge to inform business strategies
• Utilize excellent problem-solving skills to overcome research challenges and obstacles
• Develop and implement effective research methodologies to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data
• Collaborate with team members to identify and prioritize research projects, and allocate resources accordingly
• Utilize data visualization tools to communicate complex data insights and trends to non-technical stakeholders
• Maintain the highest level of data quality and integrity, and ensure compliance with data protection policies and procedures

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a research-related role, preferably in a web-based environment
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and identify key trends and insights
• Strong understanding of online research tools and software, including Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome research challenges and obstacles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data quality and integrity
• Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or computer science
