Senior UI/UX Designer for Web & Mobile Product Experience

Nov 13, 2025 - Senior

$10,000.00 Fixed

We’re hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer who can shape how users interact with our digital products from the ground up.

Unlike typical “visual-only” designers, we want a strategic thinker — someone who combines research, creativity, psychology, and design systems to build products that users understand instantly and enjoy using.

This role involves designing mobile apps, SaaS dashboards, onboarding flows, e-commerce journeys, landing pages, and complete product experiences.

You’ll work closely with product owners, developers, and marketing teams, translating business goals into intuitive user flows and polished interfaces.

You’ll lead the design process from concept to final prototypes — including research, wireframes, UI design, system building, and developer handoff.

The goal is to create products that feel clean, modern, delightful, and frictionless, improving user engagement and conversion rates.

This is a 2–4 month project with long-term extension potential.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct UX research, competitor audits, and user behavior analysis.

Create wireframes, low-fidelity mockups, and high-fidelity UI screens.

Develop interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder demos.

Build and maintain design systems (colors, components, typography).

Design fully responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Create dashboards, onboarding flows, and complex interaction patterns.

Collaborate with product managers for user flow and feature planning.

Work with developers for pixel-perfect implementation handoff.

Conduct usability testing and iterate on data-driven insights.

Prepare assets, icon sets, and scalable components for dev teams.

Design landing pages optimized for marketing performance.

Deliver branding support (color theory, tone, typography direction).

Ensure WCAG accessibility standards and UX best practices.

Maintain documentation and update design libraries regularly.

Attend standups, design reviews, and cross-functional meetings.

Required Skills

3+ years of UI/UX design experience (web + mobile).

Mastery in Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Interactive Components).

Experience with Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, and IA.

Ability to design design systems and reusable components.

Experience designing for Material You, iOS HIG, and responsive grids.

Knowledge of user psychology and conversion-focused design.

Familiarity with prototyping tools (Figma Prototype, Principle).

Strong grasp of color theory, layout spacing, and typography.

Ability to conduct usability testing and analyze UX metrics.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong portfolio with 10+ UI/UX projects (web + mobile).

Collaborative mindset and comfort working in agile teams.

Understanding of HTML/CSS for dev communication (optional but beneficial).
