About the role

Ridgeline Software is enhancing its test automation suite to lower regression risk before each launch. We need a React Native Developer who can embed automated UI checks directly into our mobile builds and help shape a robust testing framework.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end test scripts for iOS and Android apps using React Native testing libraries.
• Integrate automated tests into CI pipelines and monitor flakiness.
• Collaborate with QA and product teams to define critical user flows for coverage.
• Document test scenarios, results, and maintain reusable components.
• Provide guidance on best practices for test‑first development in a mobile context.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience building React Native applications.
• Proficiency with JavaScript testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Detox).
• Hands‑on knowledge of Android and iOS build processes.
• Ability to write clear, maintainable test code and debug failures.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Bitrise.
• Familiarity with performance testing for mobile apps.
• Background in QA automation strategy for cross‑platform projects.
