Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of our software products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and project management, to identify and resolve defects.
• Conduct manual and automated testing, using tools such as Selenium, to ensure that our software products meet the required standards.
• Identify, document, and track defects, and work with the development team to resolve them.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks, using programming languages such as Java or Python.
• Participate in Agile development process, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with the development team to develop and implement automated testing solutions.
• Provide input and feedback on the development of new features and functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in quality assurance and testing.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that the code meets the required standards.
• Collaborate with the QA team to develop and implement testing strategies and methodologies.
• Provide training and support to junior team members, as needed.
• Participate in the development of testing metrics and reporting, including test coverage, defect density, and test efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in QA software testing, with a focus on automation testing.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with test automation frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete.
• Proficiency in programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with defect tracking tools, such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
• Knowledge of testing metrics and reporting, including test coverage, defect density, and test efficiency.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including waterfall and Agile.
• Certification in QA software testing, such as ISTQB or CSTE, is an asset.
