In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of researchers, educators, and designers who are passionate about creating innovative educational resources. You will be responsible for conducting research, gathering data, and analyzing information to support the development of our educational programs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research on various topics and provide high-quality support to clients
• Analyze data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions
• Develop and maintain a database of research sources and materials
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives
• Communicate effectively with clients and respond to their queries in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research methods, tools, and technologies
• Develop and implement effective research strategies to achieve high-quality results
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new projects and initiatives
• Analyze and evaluate research findings and make recommendations for future research
• Identify and mitigate potential research biases and ensure the accuracy of research results
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's goals, values, and mission
• Contribute to the development of educational resources and support materials
• Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the high quality of research outputs

Requirements

• Degree in Education, Research, or a related field
• Proven research experience and a strong portfolio of work
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience with research software and tools, such as EndNote, Zotero, or Mendeley
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Fluency in English and excellent writing skills
• Experience with data analysis and statistical software, such as SPSS or R
