Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test mobile apps using Flutter, ensuring high-quality, user-friendly, and efficient applications.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring that the code is clean, efficient, and well-documented.
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of apps, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development, applying this knowledge to improve our products and services.
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure that all apps meet our quality standards.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all projects, ensuring that all team members have access to the necessary information.
• Participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions and decision-making processes.
• Provide support and guidance to junior team members, helping them to grow and develop their skills.
• Ensure that all apps are optimized for performance, security, and scalability.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues, using a range of tools and techniques to identify and fix problems.
• Participate in the development of our technology roadmap, helping to drive the technical direction of the company.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in mobile app development, preferably using Flutter.
• Strong knowledge of Dart programming language and Flutter framework.
• Experience with Android and iOS development, including knowledge of native modules and plugins.
• Excellent understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, testing, and version control.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in web development.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Certification in mobile app development or a related field is an asset.
