Key Responsibilities

• Edit and enhance images to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and align with our clients' brand identities.
• Collaborate with our design team to develop cohesive visual narratives across various mediums, including print, digital, and social media.
• Utilize your expertise in color correction, retouching, and compositing to create stunning visual effects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve your skills and contribute to the growth of our design team.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' brands, including their visual identities, tone, and messaging.
• Create style guides and documentation to ensure consistency across all visual materials.
• Participate in design meetings and workshops, sharing your expertise and insights to drive creative solutions.
• Conduct quality control checks on all visual materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• Maintain open communication with the design team, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Collaborate with our project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Develop and implement processes to optimize image editing workflows, improving efficiency and reducing turnaround times.
• Assist in the development of design concepts and mockups, providing input on visual direction and strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in image editing, preferably in a fast-paced design environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other industry-standard image editing software.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, color theory, and composition.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
