Freelance Financial Modeler & Business Plan Analyst for Startup

Project Overview: Our early-stage tech startup is seeking seed funding and requires a highly skilled Financial Modeler to build an accurate, dynamic, and professional financial model and accompanying business plan documentation. Key Responsibilities: * Develop a comprehensive 5-year financial model (including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement). * Conduct market size analysis and develop realistic revenue/expense assumptions. * Create a Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) valuation. * Document the complete business plan, including executive summary, market strategy, and competitive analysis. * Prepare clear and compelling presentation slides for investors. Required Skills & Experience: * 4+ years experience in finance, accounting, or investment banking. * Expert proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with advanced financial modeling techniques. * Strong understanding of startup valuation methods and metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV). * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for preparing investor-facing documents.
