Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of mobile applications, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring the highest standards of usability and user experience.
• Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and identify design problems to devise creative solutions.
• Develop and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency across all mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and stakeholders, to ensure design solutions meet business objectives and user needs.
• Create prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and design specifications to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
• Conduct usability testing and A/B testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile design trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our design processes and solutions.
• Participate in design thinking workshops and user research studies to inform design decisions and ensure our applications meet user needs.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, including design guidelines, style guides, and design specifications.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to help them grow professionally.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, and effectively communicate design decisions and rationale.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in UX design principles, human-centered design, and mobile design patterns.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Illustrator.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex design problems and devise creative solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction.
• Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and user research methods.
• Knowledge of front-end development principles and technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Certification in UX design or a related field is an asset.
