As a Copy Paste Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and website content. Key Responsibilities
- Copy and paste content into various templates, including social media posts, email campaigns, and website content.
- Ensure that all materials are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with our brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Provide support for content creation, including researching and gathering information, and assisting with writing and editing tasks.
- Utilize content management systems to manage and distribute marketing materials.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all materials are error-free and meet our quality standards.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure that all materials are visually appealing and meet our brand standards.
- Provide customer service support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately and efficiently enter information into our database.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop new marketing ideas and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our marketing efforts.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide regular progress updates to the marketing team.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales and customer service, to ensure that marketing materials are aligned with business objectives.
- Provide support for special projects, including events, product launches, and trade shows.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing or content management role.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent accuracy and quality control skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in content management systems, including WordPress and HubSpot.
- Experience with data entry, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other database management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a positive and supportive attitude.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including brand management and campaign development.
- Experience with social media management, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Certification in marketing or a related field, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot Inbound Marketing.
