About the role

Ridgeline Software is revamping the performance and reliability of its customer‑facing services. We need a CI/CD Pipeline Engineer to design, implement, and fine‑tune automated delivery workflows that support rapid, safe releases across multiple environments.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Containerize applications and orchestrate deployments with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Integrate automated testing, security scans, and performance benchmarks into the pipeline.
• Monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot failures, and continuously improve throughput.
• Collaborate with developers and SREs to align pipeline capabilities with service reliability goals.

Must-have skills

• Proven experience designing CI/CD pipelines for cloud‑native applications.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles, automation, and infrastructure as code.
• Ability to write reusable scripts and troubleshoot complex build issues.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Background in observability tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
