Key Responsibilities

• Editing and retouching photos to meet the highest standards of quality and creativity
• Collaborating with designers, art directors, and copywriters to ensure that all visual elements align with our clients' brand identities
• Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of our clients' visual brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all visual elements
• Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, to enhance and manipulate images
• Managing and organizing files, ensuring that all assets are properly labeled and stored
• Meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work under tight timelines
• Providing creative input and suggestions for improving the visual elements of our clients' brands
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in digital image editing
• Collaborating with the team to develop and implement new visual concepts and ideas
• Ensuring that all visual elements are optimized for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and advertising campaigns
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to brainstorming sessions to develop innovative visual solutions
• Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and ensuring that all visual elements meet our quality standards
• Providing training and support to junior team members as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital image editing, preferably in an advertising or editorial environment
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop
• Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of color correction, retouching, and image manipulation
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and branding principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, art directors, and copywriters
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in digital image editing and visual storytelling
• Certification in Adobe Creative Suite or a related field is an asset
• Strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies in digital image editing
