Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage and maintain our financial management system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all financial data
• Develop and implement financial models and forecasts, to inform business decisions and drive growth
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights and recommendations to management, on financial performance and areas for improvement
• Manage and oversee our accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices and receipts
• Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, bankers, and other financial stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws, including tax laws and accounting standards
• Collaborate with our management team, to develop and implement financial strategies and plans
• Provide training and support to other team members, on financial procedures and policies
• Identify and implement process improvements, to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Develop and manage our financial budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies
• Provide financial guidance and support, to our operational teams, to ensure effective financial management and compliance
• Manage and oversee our financial reporting and compliance functions, including preparation of financial reports and tax returns
• Conduct internal audits and reviews, to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and compliance with financial policies and procedures

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or related field, with professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with experience in financial planning and budgeting
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems, including Excel and accounting packages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret and analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations
• Experience in financial analysis and forecasting, with ability to develop and implement financial models and forecasts
• Strong attention to detail, with ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
• Experience in managing and overseeing financial teams, with ability to provide training and support to other team members
• Familiarity with financial regulations and laws, including tax laws and accounting standards
