Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) for Remote Teams

We are a remote-first company building distributed teams across marketing, development, operations, and customer support for our portfolio of online businesses and client agencies.

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top remote talent (primarily Philippines, Pakistan, India, LATAM, and Eastern Europe).

You will manage 15–40 open roles at any time and deliver 8–20 high-quality hires per month.

Responsibilities


Full-cycle recruitment for 15–40 roles (VA, developers, designers, media buyers, etc.)

Write compelling job postings and post across Upwork, OnlineJobs.ph, LinkedIn, FB groups

Source passive candidates (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)

Initial screening calls and skills assessments

Coordinate technical interviews and reference checks

Manage candidate pipelines in ClickUp/Notion

Negotiate offers and close candidates

Build talent pools for recurring roles

Employer branding (career page updates, testimonials)

Monthly reporting on time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, acceptance rate


Required Skills


5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience (remote teams preferred)

Proven ability to hire in Philippines, Pakistan, India, LATAM

Expert sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, X-ray search)

Excellent English + professional communication

High volume + high quality hiring track record


Nice to Have


Located in Philippines, Pakistan, India, or LATAM (deep understanding of local talent markets)

Experience hiring for digital marketing agencies or online businesses

Familiar with tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, ClickUp, Calendly, GoodTime

Background in IT/tech or marketing recruitment


Weekly Commitment


25–35 hours per week (flexible, high-output role)

Working Schedule

Flexible with strong overlap with US Eastern or Pacific time zones.

Payment Structure


Standard – $1,800/month (25 hrs/week, 8–12 hires/month)

Senior – $2,500/month (30 hrs/week, 15–20 hires/month + sourcing strategy)

Lead – $3,200/month (35 hrs/week, full ownership + team building + employer branding)

Paid on the 1st and 15th via Wise or PayPal.
