We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to input, update, and maintain data in our systems with high accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
Verify accuracy of entered information
Update and maintain existing records
Organize and categorize data properly
Perform data cleaning and deduplication
Generate reports from databases
Scan and digitize documents
Maintain data confidentiality
Required Skills:
1+ years of data entry experience
Fast and accurate typing (minimum 50 WPM)
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
Basic data analysis skills
Time management and organization
Reliable internet connection
