Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions and optimize user experience
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and integrity
• Design and implement intuitive and engaging user interfaces that meet business goals and user needs
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine design solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design
• Develop and maintain design documentation and design systems
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues
• Contribute to the development of design guidelines and standards
• Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements and roadmaps
• Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all design deliverables
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders and team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on mobile applications
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user experience best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex design problems and develop creative solutions
• Experience with design systems and design documentation
• Familiarity with front-end development principles and technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions
• Experience with user research and usability testing methods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
