As a Survey Data Entry Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with colleagues from various departments to ensure the successful delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter survey data into our database system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct quality checks on entered data to ensure consistency and correctness.
  • Manage and maintain large datasets, performing data cleaning and formatting as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve data-related issues and improve data entry processes.
  • Implement data management best practices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide support for data analysis and reporting, assisting in the creation of data visualizations and summaries.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of data entry procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with database management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
