In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. You will also have the opportunity to participate in agile development methodologies, contribute to the improvement of our testing processes, and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field of software quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough coverage of software applications
• Identify and report defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve overall software quality
• Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and product management, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products
• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using Selenium and other automation tools
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field of software quality assurance, and apply this knowledge to improve our testing processes and methodologies
• Contribute to the improvement of our testing processes and methodologies, including the development of new testing strategies and the implementation of testing best practices
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that testing is integrated into the development process
• Analyze test results, identify trends and patterns, and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Develop and maintain testing metrics and reports to track testing progress and effectiveness
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize testing needs, and develop testing plans to meet those needs
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our testing processes and methodologies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automated testing and test automation frameworks
• Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools, including Selenium, Appium, and other automation frameworks
• Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex software systems and identify defects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
• Experience with test management tools, including TestRail, TestLink, or similar
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and report defects accurately and efficiently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
