We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team for a luxury EdTech UI/UX redesign project. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that the design meets the highest standards of luxury and user experience.
Project Overview:
Our company is a leading luxury EdTech provider, and we are embarking on a comprehensive UI/UX redesign project to enhance the user experience and align with our luxury brand identity. The project will involve redesigning our existing platform to create a seamless, intuitive, and visually stunning experience for our users.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the UI/UX redesign process, working closely with the product team, developers, and stakeholders
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet luxury brand standards
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure design implementation and testing
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on luxury branding and EdTech
- Expertise in UI/UX design tools, such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles, user research, and usability testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Portfolio that showcases luxury UI/UX design experience
Tools Needed:
- Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD
- InVision, Figma, or other design collaboration tools
- Jira, Asana, or other project management tools
Deliverables:
- Redesigned UI/UX design concept, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Design documentation, including style guides and design systems
- Usability testing report and recommendations for design improvements
