About the role

CoreData Systems is modernizing its data layer for a high‑traffic analytics platform. We need a MongoDB Specialist to design, optimize, and implement schema and indexing strategies that support rapid query performance at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design MongoDB data models aligned with business requirements
• Implement sharding, replication, and backup strategies
• Write aggregation pipelines and optimize query performance
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate MongoDB with Node.js services
• Document data architecture and best practices

Must-have skills

• 3+ years of hands‑on MongoDB administration and development
• Strong understanding of data modeling, indexing, and performance tuning
• Experience with MongoDB Atlas or self‑managed clusters
• Proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js for database interaction

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes deployments
• Knowledge of data security and compliance standards
