About the role

We are preparing a major product launch and need a GraphQL API Developer to uplift our test automation suite. Your work will directly reduce regression risk and improve release confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and extend GraphQL schemas to expose critical data services.
• Integrate automated test frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright) with GraphQL endpoints.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to create end‑to‑end test scenarios.
• Optimize resolver performance and add monitoring hooks.
• Document API contracts and testing strategies for future teams.

Must-have skills

• 5+ years building production GraphQL APIs.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with test automation tools and CI pipelines.
• Solid understanding of REST API concepts and integration.

Nice to have

• Experience with React front‑ends consuming GraphQL.
• Familiarity with NodeJS microservice architectures.
• Knowledge of performance testing and load simulation.
