About the role
TechFlow Inc is modernizing a legacy production platform that must stay online 24/7. We need a Frontend React Developer to redesign the UI, improve performance, and integrate new features without causing downtime. You will work closely with backend engineers and product owners to ensure a seamless transition.
Key responsibilities
- Refactor existing React codebase to use modern hooks and TypeScript.
- Implement responsive, accessible UI components that meet the new design system.
- Collaborate on zero‑downtime deployment strategies with DevOps.
- Write unit and integration tests to guarantee stability.
- Optimize bundle size and loading speed for production traffic.
Must-have skills
- 5+ years of professional React development.
- Strong grasp of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management (Redux, Context API) and build tools (Webpack, Vite).
- Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, remote teams.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for zero‑downtime releases.
- Knowledge of performance monitoring tools (Lighthouse, Web Vitals).
