About the role

TechFlow Inc seeks a senior AI Machine Learning Engineer to design and implement advanced predictive models for a high‑impact analytics platform. You will lead the end‑to‑end development of machine learning pipelines, ensuring scalability and robustness.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build custom ML models using Python and relevant libraries.
• Develop data preprocessing and feature engineering workflows.
• Integrate models into production APIs and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines.
• Document model design, training procedures, and evaluation metrics.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior team members.

Must-have skills

• Strong expertise in Python for ML development.
• Experience with REST API design and integration.
• Deep knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
• Proficiency in model evaluation, tuning, and deployment.
• Ability to work independently on complex problems.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with JavaScript for front‑end model visualizations.
• Experience with cloud ML services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform).
