We're an e-learning company selling online courses ($500-$2,000 price range). Need an experienced Paid Media Manager to run and optimize Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram campaigns. You'll manage $15K-$30K monthly ad spend and focus on ROI, lead generation, and student acquisition.
Responsibilities:
Manage Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram campaigns
Develop targeting strategy for course audiences
Create and test ad copy and creatives
Optimize campaigns for ROAS and cost-per-acquisition
A/B test landing pages and conversion funnels
Monitor daily performance and adjust budgets
Implement conversion tracking and pixels
Provide weekly performance reports
Scale winning campaigns strategically
Required Skills:
4+ years managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads
Experience with $10K+ monthly ad budgets
Strong understanding of conversion optimization
Proficiency with Google Analytics and GTM
Landing page optimization knowledge
A/B testing methodology expertise
