Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive human resource strategies to support business objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of human resources, including recruitment and selection, employee engagement and retention, and performance management
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and best practices in human resources, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support employee development and improve business performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in human resource practices and procedures
  • Develop and manage budgets to support human resource initiatives and programs
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulatory requirements, and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
  • Lead and participate in projects to improve human resource processes and systems, including the development and implementation of new policies and procedures
  • Provide coaching and guidance to management and employees on human resource issues and best practices
  • Develop and maintain reports and metrics to measure human resource performance and progress
  • Ensure that all human resource practices and procedures are aligned with the company's values and mission
  • Represent the company at external events and conferences to promote our brand and services
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's business objectives and goals, and ensure that human resource strategies are aligned to support these objectives

Requirements

  • Strong background in human resources, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing comprehensive human resource strategies to support business objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement
  • Proficient in a range of software applications, including HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements, with the ability to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and meeting deadlines
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and participate in projects to improve human resource processes and systems
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to management and employees on human resource issues and best practices
  • Strong business acumen, with a thorough understanding of the company's business objectives and goals
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and supporting business success
