Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual materials, including logos, brochures, business cards, and social media graphics, that meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement design concepts, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects.
• Work closely with copywriters to develop compelling and engaging content that complements visual designs.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of design principles, latest trends, and industry standards.
• Utilize design software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to create and edit visual materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs, and providing design solutions that meet their objectives.
• Participate in design meetings, brainstorms, and critiques, contributing to the development of design concepts and ideas.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design tools, software, and technologies, attending workshops, webinars, and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of work, showcasing design skills and expertise.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of projects and meet client expectations.
• Provide design support and guidance to junior designers, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance team performance.
• Conduct research and analysis to stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with a strong understanding of design principles and visual elements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, copywriters, and project managers.
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines, with the ability to develop and implement design concepts that meet client expectations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and excellence in design materials.
• Experience with design systems, with the ability to develop and maintain consistent design languages across multiple projects.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles, with the ability to apply human-centered design approaches to visual design materials.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions.
• Experience with project management tools, including Asana, Trello, or Basecamp, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with team members.
• Certification in graphic design, such as Adobe Certified Expert (ACE), with a strong understanding of design software and technologies.
