Key Responsibilities

• Design visually stunning logos, brochures, business cards, and other marketing materials for clients across multiple industries
• Develop concepts, create prototypes, and refine designs to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality
• Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm ideas, share feedback, and ensure consistency in design
• Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and preferences, and to ensure that all designs meet their expectations
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
• Utilize design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, to create high-quality designs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
• Ensure all designs are completed to the highest standard, and that all deadlines are met
• Participate in design meetings, provide feedback, and contribute to the development of new design concepts
• Maintain a strong portfolio of work, and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless execution of designs
• Stay organized, manage multiple projects, and maintain a high level of attention to detail
• Provide design support to other teams, as needed, and contribute to the overall success of the company
• Continuously develop and improve design skills, and stay current with industry developments

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, or a related field
• Strong portfolio of work, showcasing expertise in visual design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure high-quality designs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to adapt to changing priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain a high level of attention to detail
• Certification in graphic design, or a related field, is an asset
