Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced photo retouching techniques to enhance and perfect visual content for various clients and projects.
• Collaborate with photographers, art directors, and designers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of projects and meet deadlines.
• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and exceed client expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and techniques in photo retouching and apply this knowledge to continuously improve skills and workflows.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance project outcomes.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of client needs, preferences, and expectations.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to junior team members and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
• Maintain organization, accuracy, and attention to detail in all work processes and deliverables.
• Utilize project management tools and software to track progress, manage workflows, and collaborate with team members.
• Ensure that all work processes and deliverables comply with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Continuously evaluate and improve workflows, processes, and techniques to optimize efficiency, quality, and productivity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in photo retouching, preferably in a commercial or editorial environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other photo editing software.
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual aesthetics.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.

• Certification in photo retouching or a related field, such as graphic design or visual arts.
