Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online research to identify relevant academic articles, journals, and publications for various projects
• Summarize and analyze research findings, highlighting key points and implications for educational practice
• Assist with data collection, data cleaning, and data analysis for research studies and projects
• Develop and maintain comprehensive databases of research articles, journals, and publications
• Collaborate with educators and researchers to design and implement research studies, surveys, and evaluations
• Provide research support to clients, including assisting with literature reviews, research proposals, and academic writing
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in education, research methods, and technologies
• Participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions and sharing knowledge and expertise
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of research activities, including databases, spreadsheets, and reports
• Assist with the development of educational resources, including online courses, tutorials, and educational materials
• Perform quality control checks on research outputs, ensuring accuracy, validity, and reliability
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving research processes, methodologies, and tools

Requirements

• Master's degree in Education, Research Methods, or a related field
• Proven experience in online research, data analysis, and academic writing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in online research tools, databases, and software, including Google Scholar, JSTOR, and SPSS
• Experience with data management and analysis software, including Excel, SQL, and R
• Strong time management and organization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Familiarity with educational technologies, including learning management systems and online learning platforms
• Certification in research methods, data analysis, or a related field is an asset
