Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of content, including editing and proofreading articles, blog posts, and other written materials
• Working closely with writers, editors, and proofreaders to deliver high-quality results
• Conducting thorough research to verify facts and ensure the accuracy of information
• Collaborating with the customer service team to ensure accurate and timely responses to client inquiries
• Utilizing data entry skills to accurately record and maintain client information and project details
• Providing feedback and suggestions for improving content and processes
• Meeting deadlines and working well under pressure to deliver results
• Utilizing project management tools to track progress and stay organized
• Working independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals

Requirements

• Proven experience in a role requiring attention to detail and accuracy, such as data entry or content editing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
