Key Responsibilities

• Edit and enhance images for various projects, including advertisements, marketing campaigns, and editorial content.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure that edited images meet the required standards and are seamlessly integrated into designs.
• Collaborate with writers and artists to create comprehensive visual stories.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our brand's visual identity and ensure that all edited images align with our brand's vision and values.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in image editing and retouching.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality images on time.
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure that all project requirements are met.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure that all edited images are of the highest quality.
• Use industry-leading software, including Adobe Photoshop, to edit and retouch images.
• Develop and implement effective workflows to ensure efficient image editing and retouching processes.
• Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and develop new ideas for visual content.
• Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in image editing and retouching, preferably in a creative agency or design studio setting.
• Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop and other industry-leading software.
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual storytelling principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality images on time.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, writers, and artists.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in image editing and retouching.
