We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to accurately input, update, and maintain data in our systems with high speed and precision while ensuring data quality and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
• Verify accuracy of data before and after entry
• Update and maintain existing records
• Review and correct data errors and inconsistencies
• Organize and categorize information properly
• Process documents and digital files
• Scan and digitize physical documents
• Generate reports from databases
• Perform data cleanup and deduplication

Required Skills:
• 1+ years of data entry experience
• Fast and accurate typing (minimum 50 WPM)
