Vue.js Frontend Developer Needed for Design System Implementation

About the role

We are enhancing our release pipeline with a focused test automation uplift. As a Vue.js Frontend Developer you will craft UI components that embed automated checks, reducing regression risk before each launch.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement reusable Vue.js widgets with built‑in test hooks
• Integrate Cypress or Playwright scripts into the frontend build process
• Collaborate with QA to define critical user flows for automation
• Maintain component documentation and ensure accessibility standards
• Monitor test coverage metrics and iterate on flaky test mitigation

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with Vue.js (2/3) and component architecture
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Hands‑on knowledge of test automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright)
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code in a remote team

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Experience with Storybook or similar UI documentation tools
• Understanding of performance profiling for frontend assets
