Senior Java Developer Needed for Enterprise Service Layer

About the role

BrightMart Solutions is accelerating its release cadence through a focused CI/CD and platform automation sprint. We need a Java Developer to design, implement, and refine pipelines that enable faster, reliable deployments across our microservice ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build end‑to‑end CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
• Containerize Java services with Docker and integrate them into Kubernetes clusters
• Automate environment provisioning and configuration management for staging and production
• Collaborate with QA and product teams to embed automated testing and quality gates
• Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot build or release failures

Must-have skills

• 5+ years Java development experience
• Deep knowledge of Spring Boot and microservice patterns
• Proven track record building CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or Ansible for IaC
• Knowledge of Helm charts and service mesh concepts
• Background in performance tuning and release metrics
