Key Responsibilities

• Edit and retouch images to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and style
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, and photographers to bring our visual stories to life
• Work on a wide range of projects, from editorial features to commercial campaigns
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our brand and visual identity
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in image editing and retouching
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed
• Collaborate with our production team to ensure seamless delivery of final images
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to conceptualize and develop new ideas
• Stay organized and manage your time effectively to meet tight deadlines
• Maintain the highest level of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of your work
• Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in photo editing and retouching, preferably in a publishing or media environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other image editing software
• Excellent technical skills and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of color management, color correction, and color grading
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with designers, art directors, and photographers
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with image management and organization
• Familiarity with design principles and color theory
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Degree in photography, graphic design, or a related field
