Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch administrative support to our team of consultants, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date records and databases, performing data entry as required.
- Offer exceptional Customer Service, responding to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in sales support activities, including preparing sales materials and coordinating sales meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and meetings for consultants.
- Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Utilize technology to streamline processes and improve productivity, staying up-to-date with the latest administrative tools and software.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve operational objectives, contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, meeting deadlines and delivering results under pressure.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, staying current with industry trends.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a consulting or similar fast-paced environment.
- Proven proficiency in Data Entry, with high accuracy and speed.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues alike.
- Sales support experience, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or similar.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
