Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research on various educational topics using online databases, academic journals, and other credible sources.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insightful recommendations to support our research projects.
• Collaborate with our team of educators and researchers to develop high-quality educational materials, including lesson plans, curriculum guides, and educational resources.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of educational resources, including articles, journals, and books.
• Provide research support to our team of experts, including literature reviews, data analysis, and research design.
• Assist in the development of research proposals, grants, and funding applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in education, including new technologies, teaching methods, and educational trends.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and workshops to contribute to the development of innovative educational solutions.
• Collaborate with external partners, including educational institutions, research organizations, and community groups.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, researchers, and community leaders.
• Assist in the dissemination of research findings, including the development of reports, presentations, and publications.
• Contribute to the development of educational policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Assist in the evaluation and assessment of educational programs, including the development of evaluation frameworks and assessment tools.
• Provide technical support to our team, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and updates of our research databases and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Research, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in research, education, or a related field.
• Strong research skills, including the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insightful recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and online research databases.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, including the ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and manage conflicts.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to think critically, analyze complex issues, and develop innovative solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure, including the ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail, including the ability to proofread, edit, and format documents accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including the ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks.
• Certification in research, education, or a related field is an asset.
