• Conduct competitor research and analyze market trends

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Research, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in research, content development, or a related field
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide insights
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
