Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, data-driven backend applications using Python, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Contribute to the growth and maintenance of existing projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing new features and technologies as needed.
• Work with the development team to design, develop, and deploy scalable APIs and microservices, ensuring security, reliability, and performance.
• Use agile methodologies to manage projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Collaborate with the QA team to identify and resolve issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables and exceeding client expectations.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement to ensure high-quality code and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in Python development, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our projects and services.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers, helping to build a strong and capable development team.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, using problem-solving skills and creativity to find innovative solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that all projects and services are well-documented and easy to understand.
• Participate in the planning and execution of new projects, providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Python, its ecosystem, and related technologies, such as Django, Flask, or Pyramid.
• Experience with backend development frameworks, databases, and APIs, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
