The selected candidate will work on a variety of projects, from conceptualizing and designing marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics, to developing visually stunning presentations and Pitch Decks. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality visual designs, including logos, icons, graphics, and presentations, that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create cohesive brand identities, aligning visual elements with the client's message and values.
  • Design and produce marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, email newsletters, and social media graphics, that capture the client's brand essence and resonate with their target audience.
  • Conceptualize and design presentations, Pitch Decks, and other visual aids that effectively communicate the client's story and proposition.
  • Utilize graphic design principles, color theory, and typography to create visually stunning and consistent designs that reflect the client's brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with the creative director and copywriters to ensure design concepts align with the client's messaging and strategic objectives.
  • Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and embracing feedback from colleagues to continuously improve design quality and consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and software, applying this knowledge to enhance design workflows and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality designs within the allocated timeframe.
  • Maintain a high level of organization, ensuring all design files, assets, and versions are accurately labeled, stored, and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with external partners, such as printers, photographers, and illustrators, to ensure seamless execution of design projects.
  • Contribute to the development of our agency's design style and standards, sharing knowledge, and best practices with the design team.
  • Provide design support for new business pitches, developing visually engaging presentations and proposals that showcase our agency's capabilities and creativity.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in graphic design principles and visual design.
  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or marketing environment, with a focus on branding, visual identity, and marketing materials.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with the ability to learn and adapt to new design software and technologies.
  • Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and composition, with the ability to apply these principles to create cohesive and captivating designs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with designers, copywriters, strategists, and clients to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality designs within tight timeframes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
