Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop visual concepts for a wide range of clients and projects, including logos, brochures, business cards, and social media graphics.
• Collaborate with the design team to create cohesive and effective design solutions that meet client objectives and exceed expectations.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of design principles, trends, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to create innovative and engaging visual content.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure that all design projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
• Contribute to the development of design briefs, concept statements, and project proposals to help secure new business and drive growth.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design software and technologies, including Adobe Creative Cloud, and apply this knowledge to improve design processes and workflows.
• Participate in design meetings and critiques, providing feedback and suggestions to help improve the quality and effectiveness of design solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of brand guidelines and apply this knowledge to ensure that all design work is on-brand and consistent.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media graphics, and advertising materials.
• Design and develop visual content for digital channels, including websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
• Work with the production team to ensure that all design files are print-ready and meet the required specifications.
• Contribute to the development of design style guides and brand guidelines to help maintain consistency across all design work.
• Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure that all projects are completed on time.
• Provide design support and guidance to junior designers and interns, helping to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a high level of quality control, ensuring that all design work meets the required standard and exceeds client expectations.

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field, with a strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and creativity.
• At least 2 years of experience in a design role, with a focus on graphic design, visual design, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with design software and technologies, including Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.
• A strong understanding of design principles, trends, and technologies, with the ability to apply this knowledge to create innovative and engaging visual content.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
