Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, prepare forecasts, and develop financial models to support business decisions
• Work closely with the management team to identify areas of cost savings, improve financial performance, and drive business growth
• Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and scorecards to track key performance indicators
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial plans and strategies
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, and develop strategies to minimize their impact
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations, laws, and standards, and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements
• Provide financial guidance and support to non-financial stakeholders, including training and development programs
• Participate in special projects and initiatives, as required, to support business growth and development
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, bankers, and investors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and budgeting
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
• Experience with financial software and systems, including Excel, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) tools, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, including financial statements, budgeting, and financial ratios
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and timely financial records
• Certification in finance or accounting, such as CFA, CPA, or CMA, is an asset
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, is an asset
